Agile Coach/Trainer
Leadership Tribe is looking for an experienced Agile Coach / Trainer who is an expert in Agile Practices and provide relevant training in Agile, including but not limited to:
- Agile Team Facilitation (ICP-ATF)
- Agile Coaching Certification (ICP-ACC)
- Agility in the Enterprise (ICP-ENT)
- Coaching Agile Transitions (ICP-CAT)
The successful candidate will be a highly competent trainer and visible leader, building bridges between Leadership Tribe and clients to ensure projects delivered on time and to a high quality and on-time delivery. You are also expected to coach and mentor clients to assist them with their continued growth and development.
Essential Responsibility:
- Lead ICAgile certified training sessions on Agile facilitation and coaching.
- Collaborate with the other Agile Trainers in the team, develop and improve the curriculum, advance training practices, processes, and content.
- Develop or select training material, including trainers’ notes, participants’ handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, and references, as needed.
- Coordinate and perform administrative functions necessary to deliver, document, and analyse the success of training programs.
- Provide customer-centric training and coaching to global clients, ensure understanding and adoption of Agile values, principles, and practices.
- Act as a catalyst, change agent, and servant leader who coaches facilitates, teaches, and mentors clients to achieve excellent results.
- Work closely with the clients’ leadership and Agile teams (Product Owner, Scrum Master, Team members, etc.) to plan and deliver training support.
- Understand and promote the mindset required for effective Agile teams and influence organisational change to drive the right mindset across all levels.
- Develop and deliver learning solutions aligned to clients’ priorities and strategic transformation goals.
Experiences & Skills:
- 5+ years of relevant experience as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Agile Trainer with multi-team experience.
- Experience in training delivery from inception to outcomes.
- Agile training delivery experience is preferred, such as:
- ICP-ATF – Agile Team Facilitation
- ICP-ACC – Agile Coaching
- CSP-SM – Certified Scrum Professional Scrum Master
- CSP-PO – Certified Scrum Professional Product Owner
- CPLP – Certified Professional in Learning and Performance
- Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills are essential to managing adult learners in remote, in-person, or hybrid training settings.
- Experience with remote collaboration tools required – Zoom, Trello, and MS Teams.
- Able to communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders, including the Executive level.
- Strong business acumen.
